I had a lovely stay at the hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience delightful. However, the breakfast service could use some improvement as items ran out quickly, and there were delays in replenishing the buffet. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning in our room was uncomfortable during the hot nights.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Bad Sachsa. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, and the dining options were delightful with a variety of food choices for every meal. On the downside, I didn't get to enjoy the spa facilities, and the gym was untested during my visit. Overall, a great place to unwind and enjoy good food.
